Exercise bike Troubleshooting

My bike pedals are stuck at a certain position/unable to ride.

Check the resistance button:

  • 1. Verify if the resistance button is set to the maximum level.
  • 2. Check if the resistance button is in brake mode (braking mode when pressed down), release it to allow the resistance to rebound.
  • 3. Unscrew the limit screw located in the screw hole at the bottom of the frame.

If the AC adapter isn't providing power when plugged in, please follow these steps

  • 1. Check if the AC adapter is damaged.
  • 2. We recommend replacing the AC adapter. You can also test if it powers on by using the AC adapter from your wireless router.
  • 3. Ensure that the wires in the device column are tightly inserted.

My bike is shaking while riding.

  • The handle of the bike shakes:
  • 1. Remove the decorative cover and check the fixing screws of the armrest.
  • 2. Ensure that the armrest is properly aligned with the clamping hole, and you should hear a "click" sound when it is properly secured

The seat of the bike shakes :

  • 1. Check if the knob of the seat cushion is tightened.
  • 2. When adjusting the height of the seat, make sure it is aligned with the locking hole, and you should hear a "click" sound when it locks into place.

The body of the bike shakes:

  • 1. Check the stability of the four leg supports and the bottom support of the bicycle body.
  • 2. Verify if there are any issues with the ground or the height of the bike.

If you are experiencing pedal noise

  • 1. Make sure the order of the left and right pedals is correct.
  • 2. Ensure that the pedals are securely tightened.
  • 3. Check if the pedal screws have slipped or are damaged.
  • 4. Make sure the crank is properly tightened

How do I troubleshoot Bluetooth connection issues?
Please follow these steps:

  • 1. Check if the machine is powered on.
  • 2. Make sure the Bluetooth indicator light is on by waking up the machine.
  • 3. Ensure that the Bluetooth function on your phone is turned on.
  • 4. Make sure no one is using the machine during the Bluetooth connection.
