Merach NovaRow R50 Air Rower is simply an updated model from R11. Functionally, there are no differences between R50 and the previous R11 model.
Our home air rower monitor displays the following metrics:Time, Time/500M, Distance, Calories, SPM (Strokes Per Minute), Watt, Strokes, Total Strokes, Pulse (with built-in receiver).
Yes, the R50 Air Rower is equipped with FTMS Bluetooth and can connect to the Merach App and Kinomap.
Air resistance rowing machines provide the most realistic rowing experience, as the resistance level adjusts proportionally to your rowing speed. However, they do generate more noise compared to magnetic resistance rowers. That said, under normal circumstances, the noise should not be significantly disruptive.
In addition to the Merach app, this air resistance rower also supports Kinomap. More app integrations are in progress, and additional compatible apps will be available in the future.
